Hamnavoe Engineering undertakes a wide range of marine and industrial engineering and specialises in marine maintenance and fabrication in mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium.

Our fully equipped workshop has facilities to provide the following – turning, milling, sawing, grinding, drilling, plate rolling, guillotine cutting, folding and welding. With MIG welding, TIG welding and plasma cutting we are well equipped for fabrication in stainless steel and aluminium. We carry a basic stock of spares and accessories and have built up a reliable supplier base from which we can source most marine spares at short lead times. Over the past 26 years we have operated as a successful light engineering company, developing a solid reputation locally for quality and reliability. We are Doosan Marine dealers and have a wide experience in all types of marine engines and auxiliary equipment. We regularly carry out repairs and maintenance on fishing vessels, dive charter boats and local ferries working on a wide range of marine engines, pumps, gearboxes, winches, cranes and hydraulic systems.
